Values Assessment

Values are chosen life directions—your heart’s deepest desires for the kind of person you want to be and the things you want to do in your time on this planet. They can provide motivation, guidance, meaning, and a greater sense of abundance, and unlike goals, values are not something you complete but directions you continue to live toward.


Instructions

Read through the list slowly and notice which values stand out as especially meaningful or important to you. Then choose a maximum of 10-15 values that feel most central to who you are or who you want to be.
